Vanton Flex-I-Liner® Sealless Self Priming Peristaltic Pumps
Vanton FLEX-I-LINER® peristaltic type rotary pumps transfer, sample or meter acids, caustics, solvents, salts, chlorides and reagent grade chemicals — even viscous fluids and slurries containing soft solids and abrasives. Only two non-metallic parts contact fluid — the rugged thermoplastic body block and durable, replaceable elastomeric flexible liner. This easy-to-service construction keeps maintenance and downtime low. The gentle peristaltic pumping action minimizes foaming, prevents settling out of suspensions and permits safe handling of latex emulsions and other shear-sensitive liquids. Sealless, non-metallic and self-priming, FLEX-I-LINER® pumps operate in either direction, wet or dry, in any position. Their unique design eliminates shaft seals, glands, internal seals, stuffing boxes and other potential sources of leakage. These close coupled model FLEX-I-LINER® pumps are furnished with electric motors.
Every Vanton pump is fully tested to verify performance with all data permanently recorded. Polypropylene with EPDM liner withstands temps to 180°F and PTFE with CSPE liner withstands temps to 250°F. 1/4 HP pumps have a 5 GPM flow and 1/2 HP pumps have a 10 GPM flow. Pressures to 40 PSIG. Motors are TEFC 115-230/1/60; 1800 RPM.

OXO Biodegradable Stretch Wrap
OXO Wrap’s special formulation helps the stretch wrap to degrade in 12-24 months through oxidative degradation (reaction with oxygen, UV light, and mechanical stress) or biodegradation (reaction with oxygen, moisture, and microorganisms). Special additives to the stretch wrap cause the plastic to degrade at a control rate. OXO Wrap has similar characteristics and performance as standard stretch wrap. Shelf life before use is controlled by the amount of additive put in the stretch wrap. OXO Wrap is 100% recyclable. **Please note--OXOBioWrap meets ASTM Standard D6954-04 (Standard Guide for Exposing and Testing Plastics that Degrade in the Environment by a Combination of Oxidation and Biodegradation). It does not meet ASTM Standard 6400-04 for Compostable Plastics which is required by the state of California for a product to be labeled biodegradable.

This rigid tubing is UV resistant. Maximum recommended continuous service temp is 180°F and is for gravity pressure only. 1.5” – 3” OD tubes have a tolerance of +/- .025, 3.5” OD has a tolerance of +/- .030” and 4”OD has a tolerance of +/- 0.45” of the OD. The tolerance on the 1/4” wall thickness is +/- .025”. Tolerance on 6’ lengths are +/- 1”. Sold in 6’ lengths only.
