Ecojacket® is a curbside recyclable, padded, all-paper mailer with the same reliable protection and durability as a poly bubble mailer. Lightweight yet durable, these mailers are an eco-conscious alternative to traditional boxes, plastic mailers, and void fill packaging, eliminating the need for corrugated boxes, air-filled pillows, or packaging peanuts and helping to reduce waste and lower shipping costs without compromising protection or performance. Each mailer features a tamper-evident, pressure-sensitive self-seal adhesive closure that ensures easy, secure packing, and the convenient pull-tab opening system allows recipients to open the mailer quickly and cleanly, preserving the mailer's structural integrity. Inside, the Ecojacket® uses a unique cushioning system of scored and fluted kraft paper padding, bonded directly to the outer shell, making it a perfect shipping solution for more fragile products such as cosmetics, jewelry, books, supplements, home goods, clothing, and more. Tested to meet the highest standards, these mailers are certified recyclable and repulpable by the Fiber Box Association (FBA), approved by the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® (SFI), and have passed rigorous drop and puncture tests to ensure products arrive safely and sustainably.
