These push-to-connect fittings are ideal for compressed air, vacuum, and water systems used in pneumatic automation, automotive, textile, packaging, and similar applications. They are compatible with nylon (6, 11, 12), polyethylene, polyurethane (98A), PTFE, copper, and FEB tubing. The SWIFTFIT Universal Thread design offers reduced overall length, smaller hex dimensions, and compatibility with both parallel and tapered threads. Each fitting includes pre-applied NBR thread sealant for a secure, air-tight connection on all thread types and non-flat surfaces, no thread tape or sealant required. A stainless steel gripper ensures a firm, damage-free hold on any tube material, maintaining a leak-free seal even under vibration and impact. The safety ring and molded seal provide perfect vacuum sealing. The fittings are also reusable; the stainless-steel teeth retract easily by pressing the blue release ring, allowing the tube to be freed without damage. The standard male adapters have an external hex that can be tightened using a wrench, socket, or pliers. The external hex is easier to grip in open or exposed installations and typically allows for higher torque, making it ideal for plumbing fittings, hydraulic systems, compressed air lines, or anywhere a solid wrench grip is needed.
