FilterChem™ Pressure Relief Valves

Designed to protect systems from excessive pressure, this 2-port relief valve delivers reliable, adjustable performance across a wide range of applications. The threaded stem and locknut allow for easy, precise setting of the desired relief pressure. The valve begins to open as pressure approaches the set point, reaching full flow at maximum relief, ensuring smooth, consistent pressure control. Engineered with no metal contact in the wetted path, this valve is well-suited for corrosive chemicals and harsh solutions. The top-entry design allows for convenient in-line maintenance, minimizing downtime. Available in multiple sizes to accommodate a variety of pressure ranges and system requirements. EPDM or Kalrez O-rings are available by special order; contact us for a quote.

1/4" miniature-style valves have a side inlet and bottom outlet
1/2" & 3/4" valves have a side inlet & side outlet
Prevents excessive line pressure with by-pass
Pressure relief is easily adjustable; Lock nut secures settings
Top entry for easy in-line maintenance
