The 100 Series Submersible Level Sensor provides a continuous level measurement for both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. These submersible hydrostatic transmitters have been designed for the most demanding industrial applications. Unlike ultrasonic level transmitters, these liquid level sensors are entirely unaffected by foam, vapor, turbulence, or condensate in the tank. The 100 Series Tank Level Sensor operates by positioning itself at the bottom of the tank and measuring the head pressure of the liquid as it pushes down on its ceramic sensing diaphragm. The only submersible level sensor with an integrally molded weight to ensure the sensor remains at the bottom, providing an accurate and reliable reading. These plastic level sensors have been engineered to be ultimately corrosion-resistant. They are available in PVC, PP, and PVDF, making them the perfect chemical tank level sensors. All models come equipped with a Teflon™ jacketed cable and a Kalrez® O-ring seal to ensure they stand up to the industry's most corrosive chemicals. Our Submersible Level Transmitters require no programming, have no moving parts, and are engineered with a non-clogging design. They are the industry's most straightforward and reliable level sensors, making them the perfect solution for demanding applications where ultrasonics are not suitable. Suitable for: foam, vapor, turbulence, condensate, liquid chemical storage, chemical sumps, and tank level measurement.
