Flex-Tube® FlexStat® 60 Heavy-Duty Static Dissipative Reinforced Polyurethane Hose

Flex-Tube® FlexStat® hose is a static dissipative polyurethane hose designed for demanding material handling and conveying applications where static control is essential. Constructed from specially formulated thermoplastic polyurethane, the hose is reinforced with a rigid external ABS helix and includes an embedded copper braided grounding wire to dissipate static electricity safely. The smooth interior promotes efficient airflow while reducing friction loss and material buildup, making it ideal for transferring plastic pellets, powders, and bulk materials. Its extreme abrasion resistance provides reliable performance in severe service applications, hopper loading systems, grain vac, surface prep dust collection, and other agricultural or industrial environments.
