Flex-Tube® FlexStat® 80 Extra Heavy-Duty Static Dissipative Reinforced Polyurethane Hose

Flex-Tube® FlexStat® hose is a static dissipative polyurethane hose designed for demanding material handling and conveying applications where static control is essential. Constructed from specially formulated thermoplastic polyurethane, the hose is reinforced with a rigid external ABS helix and includes an embedded copper braided grounding wire to dissipate static electricity safely. The thick-walled construction provides exceptional abrasion resistance and enables the hose to withstand high-vacuum conditions. The smooth interior promotes efficient airflow while reducing friction loss and material buildup, making it ideal for agricultural applications and railcar loading and unloading.
