Flexelene™ SFXAG tubing has an inner liner that provides antimicrobial protection via a slow release of silver ions that inhibit the growth of microorganisms and the formation of biofilm. Controlling microbial colonization is considered a preliminary step for reducing the risk associated with Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs).
