The 12mm diameter rod is stainless steel and fits the retort stand base. The powder-coated boss head holds two rods perpendicular to each other and will accept rods up to 24mm in diameter. The boss head holds the powder-coated lab clamp, which has a maximum opening of 100mm and a minimum grip of 2mm. The ring clamp with boss head fitting has an inner diameter of 76mm and an outer diameter of 91mm, and the boss head can accept rods up to 20mm in diameter. The powder-coated burette clamp is spring-loaded and holds burettes with diameters up to 22mm (usually 100mL burettes). The cast metal tripod has an inner diameter of 7.5cm, an outer maximum diameter of 12cm, and a height of 190mm. The wire mesh is a square with 12cm sides and an 8cm diameter heating surface. The powder-coated chemical-resistant test tube or lab instrument rack will hold up to 17 objects: There are (8) small holes with a 12mm diameter, (6) medium holes with an 18mm diameter, and (5) large holes with a 25mm diameter. The test tube clamps, or tongs, are 170mm in length and have a maximum opening of 70mm. The flask tongs have vinyl-coated tips and are 250mm long with a maximum opening of 200mm. The crucible tongs are 250mm long and have a maximum opening of 200mm. The test tube brush is 21.5cm long, with the brush section being 100mm long and 12.5mm in diameter. The metal spatula has a spoon and a flat side and is 150mm long with a maximum width of 20mm.
