These metering needle valves are designed for precise regulation of corrosive gases and liquids in laboratory and industrial applications. The pliant PTFE body is reinforced by a structurally rigid metal shell for added strength, while fluid contact is limited to PTFE and PEEK materials to maintain chemical compatibility. MVT™ valves feature a non-rising stem design and an integrated safety handle that prevents over-tightening while allowing fine, controlled adjustment. Suitable for pressure or non-critical vacuum service, they also provide bubble-tight shutoff for reliable system control.
