King PipeGrade® is a high-performance polyethylene sheet manufactured using the proprietary K-Stran™ process, delivering superior flatness and consistency. Designed for durability and long-term performance in demanding industrial and outdoor applications, Kind PipeGrade™ offers excellent chemical resistance, UV stability, and high impact strength. It will not rust, corrode, or rot like traditional materials and can be easily fabricated and welded using standard thermoplastic welding equipment. With exceptional resistance to stress cracking and superior performance in slow crack growth testing, it provides a reliable solution for critical applications. This sheet is suitable for potable water systems and fully compatible with applications that currently use PE3608/PE80 materials. Its long service life, rated for 50 to 100 years under typical conditions, makes it an ideal choice for flanges, end caps, tanks and containers, guides and wear plates, gussets, machine parts, manhole lids, and other structural or wear applications.
