NIBCO® Chemtrol® TruUnion Ball Check Valves

The Chemtrol® True Union ball check valve stops the flow of media in one direction while allowing flow in the opposite direction, with minimum turbulence and chatter while maintaining pump prime. Ball supported by a system of guide ribs to give full flow with minimum turbulence and chatter. Equally effective in checking backflow from head pressure on the discharge or suction side of the pump. Note: Product testing for individual applications is recommended before use. U.S. Plastic Corp. cannot be held liable for individual application failures.

The design ensures the free movement of the ball
2 psi positive back pressure
Requires only inches of head pressure to seal & open
Seating head: 6 to 7 psi (1/2" & 3/4"), 4 to 5 psi (1"-2") & 3 to 4 psi (3")
Maximum temperature: 140°F (PVC) & 210°F (CPVC)
NSF/ANSI/CAN listed
