Praher Knife Gate Valves with Air Actuators

These actuated valves for industrial, agricultural, and commercial markets are ideal for quick shut-off in low pressure or vacuum lines. With full, unrestricted flow, these valves are quick opening/closing and have a simple and trouble-free operation.

PVC construction
TPE lip-type seals & EPDM O-rings
Stainless steel (304/A4) shaft & hardware
Custom made aluminum/stainless steel double-acting air cylinder with 1/8" FPT ports
Safety clip prevents unintentional closing
Magnetic piston standard on all cylinders
3" & 4" have full serviceable double O-ring shaft seals
Vacuum: 20" Hg when closed & 7" Hg when open
60 psi minimum air pressure required to operate the cylinder
Maximum pressure: 50 psi @ 70°F, 3.5 bar @ 20°C
