CQH Series Connectors

The CQH Series Couplings are designed for high-purity use and feature an all-plastic construction. These fittings are molded from virgin materials and with a lubricant-free design, and they are ready to use in the most demanding applications. Broad chemical compatibility and cleanroom manufacturing make them ideal for use in critical wet processes.

Natural, virgin polypropylene
Black FKM valve O-rings
Black Simriz® FFKM Perfluoroelastomer external insert O-ring
PEEK® valve (wetted) & thumb latch spring
PVDF flare nuts
Pressure rating: 0 to 80 psig (0 to 5.5 bar)
Temperature range: 32°F to 225°F (0°C to 107°C)
Spillage/air inclusion: ~1.5 cc (mL) per disconnect (reconnect)
High flow in a compact package
Can disconnect under pressure for quick servicing & reduced injury risk
