These vacuum filtration systems are engineered for efficient, large-volume filtration, clarification, separation, or sterilization of aqueous solutions such as cell culture media, biological samples, and lab reagents. Designed with laboratory productivity and safety in mind, these systems deliver high flow rates and low protein binding, thanks to premium PES (Polyether Sulfone) membranes. Filter membranes are offered in different porosities to meet a variety of application needs, with clear markings on each unit for easy identification. The angled, multi-step hose barb ensures secure connections with multiple size vacuum lines while keeping the system stable on the benchtop. Graduated markings on both the filter unit and solution bottle aid in monitoring and measurement during and after filtration. Each filter system includes the filter unit, filter cover, solution bottle, and solution bottle cap. The bottle-top filter units are compatible with Diamond® PureFlow™ bottles or other laboratory media bottles with a GL45 neck finish.
