Overview

CPVC (Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride) material has comparable corrosion resistance to PVC pipe, yet it is suitable for handling corrosive material at temperatures 40°F to 60°F higher than PVC. Note: Lengths 8' and longer must ship via motor freight. For small parcel shipping, choose from shorter available lengths.   • CPVC (Cell Class 24448 & 23447); meets ASTM D1784 requirements
  • Schedule 40 & 80 pipe is manufactured to ASTM F441
  • Schedule 80 socket fittings meet ASTM F439; Schedule 80 threaded fittings meet ASTM F437
  • Not UV resistant
  • Max. working pressure (@73°F): 450 psi
  • Temperature range: 33°F to 200°F
