The rod can be fabricated by thermoforming, vacuum forming, drilling, cutting-to-size, CNC cutting, routing, pressure forming, shearing, sawing, cold stamping, machine housing, guard, cover, ultrasonic welding, thermo-welding, and chemical bonding.
