TIMBERDUC® PUR 531 AS Antistatic Super Light-Duty Polyurethane Hose

TIMBERDUC® PUR 531 AS is a lightweight, highly flexible antistatic polyurethane hose designed specifically for wood dust and chip extraction in woodworking applications. The permanently antistatic wall and integrated spring steel wire enable safe operation in explosion-hazard areas while maintaining excellent flexibility and abrasion resistance. This hose is commonly used with extraction units, dust collection and filtration systems, CNC machining centers, and oil mist extraction equipment in furniture production, sawmills, and other woodworking operations. Its compressible design also makes it suitable for bellows and compensator applications that require movement and flexibility.

Good resistance to oil, gasoline & chemicals; Resistant to aggressive wood types & preservatives
Permanently antistatic wall in accordance with ISO 8031
Temperature range: -40°F to 195°F & short time to 255°F
Flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102-B1
Meets RoHS guideline; Complies with ATEX 2014/34/EU (1999/92/EC) & German TRGS 727
