TIMBERDUC® PUR 532 AS Antistatic Medium-Duty Polyurethane Hose

TIMBERDUC® PUR 532 AS is a medium-heavy-duty antistatic polyurethane hose designed for wood dust and chip extraction in woodworking environments. Its permanently antistatic wall allows safe operation in explosion-hazard areas, while the abrasion-resistant polyurethane construction withstands demanding dust collection applications. Highly flexible and compressible, this hose is ideal for extraction units, dust collection and filtration systems, and oil mist extraction equipment. It is commonly used with vertical panel saws, woodworking machines, edge processing equipment, parquet floor grinders, furniture production lines, and sawmills.

Medium-heavy duty, highly flexible & compressible 3:1; Microbe-resistant & abrasion-resistant
Good resistance to oil, gasoline & chemicals; Resistant to aggressive wood types & preservatives
Permanently antistatic wall in accordance with ISO 8031
Temperature range: -40°F to 195°F & short time to 255°F
Flame-retardant in accordance with DIN 4102-B1
Meets RoHS guideline; Complies with ATEX 2014/34/EU (1999/92/EC) & German TRGS 727
