ProChem® Flexible Heating Blanket Systems provide a simple, cost-effective solution for maintaining proper temperatures in storage and process tanks. Ideals for temperature-sensitive chemicals, such as caustics, these systems help prevent freezing and reduce viscosity in cold environments, including unheated warehouses and outdoor installations. Designed for easy installation, the heating blanket wraps securely around the tank using integrated quick-release straps and buckles, requiring no complex setups. The flexible design allows for quick removal, flat storage, and reuse across multiple tanks, and it can be easily installed in the field or preinstalled on new tanks before use. The jackets are compatible with tanks with outer dimensions within the diameter range, including round, square, open top, closed top, flat top, dome top, and more. The single circuit models provide gentle warming, reducing viscosity and avoiding winter freezing, making them a cost-effective alternative when faster heating times are not required. The dual circuit models are ideal for applications that require liquids to be heated rapidly and evenly. Two high-power heating circuits enable the top and bottom of each jacket to be separately controlled via integrated thermostats. A preset thermostat maintains consistent heating performance on all models. Optional adjustable thermostatic controllers, sold separately, are available for standard heating blankets to provide more accurate temperature control from 0°C to 60°C.
