Our Disposable Polyethylene Drum Sampler, also known as a coliwasa (short for Composite Liquid Waste Sampler), is designed for accurate, contamination-free liquid sampling from drums, tanks, IBCs, totes, tankers, and other large containers such as 55-gallon drums, making it ideal for environmental, industrial, chemical, manufacturing, and hazardous waste applications. The sampler features a 1-liter capacity, durable polyethylene construction, an easy seal mechanism, and a 42" length that reaches the full depth of standard drums. To use, slightly pull up the small tube at the top so the ball at the bottom opens and liquid can flow in. Once the coliwasa is full, push the small tube down to seal the bottom and secure the sample inside. This sampler is approved for PFAS testing.
