Nylatron® 907 PA6 is an unmodified cast nylon 6 engineering material that combines high mechanical strength, stiffness, hardness, and toughness with excellent wear resistance and good machinability. Its low friction, good sliding properties, and fatigue resistance make it particularly well-suited for bearings, bushings, wear pads, rollers, gears, sleeves, and other machined components. Under appropriate low-PV conditions, it can be used as a bearing material without lubrication and offers a lightweight alternative to bronze, brass, steel, aluminum, and other traditional materials. Nylatron® 907 PA6 also offers excellent vibration damping, good creep and heat-aging resistance, and electrical insulating properties. Its combination of durability, machinability, and dimensional stability makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial, mechanical, food-processing, and equipment-fabrication applications. NOTE: Tube is oversized on the OD and undersized on the ID for machining purposes.
