The AIE A1 Series is designed for the repeated sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. These models are controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board and electronic timers. A timer-controlled electromagnet pulls the sealing arm down, providing an even-pressured seal. Sealers eliminate operator error. Once the correct control settings have been programmed, consistent seals are maintained automatically, making the first seal as perfect as the last. Every AIE A1 Series Sealer includes an electric foot pedal for manual operation.
