Phenolic and epoxy laminates are a hard dense material made by applying heat and pressure to layers of paper, fabric, or glass fiber with a phenolic or epoxy resin. GRADE G-7 is a white, glass based silicone laminate. Meets NEMA G7 & MIL-I-24768/17 GSG material specifications. Excellent dielectric strengths, permittivity & dissipation factor. Excellent arc resistance. Reduced effect of properties after long durations of high temperatures. Water absorption is .035%. Flammability is 94 V-0. Maximum temperature is 170°C, 220°C mechanical. Sold in approximate standard 4' lengths only. Some lengths may be less or more than 4' as material doesn't allow for perfect cut lengths.
