Hayward's® HZSN1 electric actuators are designed and produced to provide years of service in demanding industrial environments such as chemical processing, waste and water treatment, power generation, oil & gas, marine, mining, and building services. These quarter-turn units drive ball valves up to 2" and are furnished with a 39" (1M) cable to facilitate field connections outside the compact enclosure. The HR Series housings are designed to meet NEMA 4X environmental demands, with ISO5211 compliant mounting, including an 11mm double square female drive that readily mounts up to most valves in the industries served. The actuator features a unique de-clutchable manual override system that provides full-time override capabilities during powered or un-powered events. The HZSN1 model's compact size makes it a perfect fit for installations such as skid-based valve systems. The actuators also have low-profile visual position indicators and three flush-mounted LEDs that allow for at-a-glance position indication. If ordering actuators to go with a TBH valve, a mounting kit must be added at the same time as the valve and actuator. LA and TW series valves include the price of the mounting kit. Valve and actuator must still be ordered at the same time to eliminate the additional cost of the mounting kit.
