A compact one-piece push-to-connect fitting, these Prestolok fittings are designed for low-pressure circuits where assembly, disassembly, and reassembly are essential. Excellent for use in industrial, automotive, climate control, welding, and robotic welding markets, the fittings can be used for air, oil, inert gases, and vacuum applications. Assembly Instructions: 1. Cut thermoplastic tubing squarely. Be sure the port or mating part is clean and free of debris. 2. Insert tubing into the fitting until it bottoms. A slight twisting motion will ease the insertion. Pull the tubing to verify it is correctly retained in the fitting. 3. To disassemble, push the release button against the body and remove the tubing. 4. Trimming the tubing after every disassembly is best to ensure a proper seal.
