These eco-friendly fiber bowls are made from renewable natural molded fiber materials. The compostable bowls are durable, easily standing up to hot, wet, and oily dishes. The grease- and cut-resistant containers are microwave and freezer safe, making them a perfect "green" solution that is both disposable and compostable. The clear recycled PET lids, sold separately, enable quick and easy identification of the bowl's contents. The small vent holes in the lid help to vent steam from hot foods so moisture and pressure don't build up inside the container. The recyclable lids are freezer safe but not microwave-safe.
