Single-use bioprocessing is designed to be flexible, efficient, and effective in manufacturing drug substances, monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, biosimilars, and regenerative medicines. These single-use bottles, assembled in a Class 7 cleanroom facility, can be used for production, cleanroom, sampling and storage, laboratory, environmental, and life sciences applications. Single-use bottles offer several benefits, including increased flexibility for multi-drug production and fast product changeover, faster batch turnaround, minimal cleaning and validation requirements, safety, quality, and decreased risk of cross-contamination and product loss. The plastic material is more sustainable than stainless-based processing, consuming less water, energy, and chemicals, and is an excellent fuel source for waste-to-energy conversion. The bottle assemblies come completely assembled with a cap with two ports, tubing, an Acro 37 vent filter, a hose barb plug, and 4" Gamma stable cable ties. The clear TPE weldable tubing has excellent gas barrier properties and pressure performance.
