TIVAR® HPV is a premium UHMW-PE sheet explicitly developed for wear components subject to challenging production environments, such as high speeds, high temperatures, high loads, and aggressive cleaning agents. This bearing-grade material has a built-in dry lubricant that reduces the coefficient of friction in finished components by as much as 80% and lasts three to four times longer than standard UHMW.
