Versilon™ ReVive is a translucent thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) tubing extruded using 100% pre-consumer recycled content, ideal for fluid management with excellent sealing and welding properties. It has excellent chemical resistance to various aggressive chemicals, including acids or bases. The manufacturing process is vertically integrated to address typical concerns about raw material sources and associated lot traceability with recycled materials. Production is carefully controlled by collecting specific materials from internal processes through extrusion of the final product, and inspection and lot traceability information is readily accessible as new batch numbers are assigned. To minimize the use of extraneous materials, tubing is packaged without plastic wrap in a cardboard box that contains up to 55% recycled content and is 100% recyclable. The tubing is excellent for chemical transfer, soap and detergent transfer, and analytical instruments.
