DiamondPure™ Headspace Vials are engineered to withstand the elevated temperatures and pressures required for GC headspace analysis. Manufactured from low-extractable Type 1 borosilicate glass, these precision-formed vials deliver dependable performance for residual solvent testing, volatile compounds, flavors, fragrances, and other demanding analytical applications. The crimp-top vials have a tapered opening and pair with aluminum crimp seals. The screw-thread vials, which are CTC compatible, feature a standard opening and pair with steel magnetic screw caps. The DiamondPure™ closures, sold separately, are specifically designed to maintain sample integrity during heating, equilibration, and automated injection cycles, and deliver stable, leak-resistant sealing under typical headspace heating conditions.
