King ColorCore® Engravable HDPE Sheet

King ColorCore® is a versatile, multi-color high density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet designed for engraving, fabrication, and long-term outdoor performance. Manufactured using the advanced Polyfusion™ process, this homogeneous sheet features contrasting color layers and a matte finish on both sides for a clean, professional appearance. Engineered for durability, King ColorCore® is UV stabilized, waterproof, and highly resistant to impact, chemicals, and environmental stress. It will not rust, delaminate, or rot, making it ideal for demanding applications such as signage, marine environments, playgrounds, and recreational equipment. The thin, 0.050" color cap layers on both sides allow for crisp engraving, while the material machines easily using standard woodworking tools or CNC equipment. This sheet offers a low-maintenance, long-lasting alternative to traditional materials, with no painting or refinishing required.
