Nylatron® Nyloil Green Cast Tube

Nylatron® Nyloil Green Cast Tube is carefully coated with an oil-based lubricant during manufacturing. The result is a highly crystalline, internally homogeneously lubricated, high-strength polymer with enhanced wear resistance and reduced friction. Nylatron® Nyloil was developed to enhance the wear-resistant properties of unlubricated or dry-lubricated materials, such as MoS2-filled nylons. It will last 5 to 7 times longer than unlubricated or MoS2-dry-lubricated cast nylons. NOTE: Tube is oversized on the OD and undersized on the ID for machining purposes.

Cast nylon
Low coefficient of friction; Good wear resistance
Self-lubricating
High Young's modulus
Improved dimensional stability; Reduced moisture absorption
Faster & easier machining than other nylons
OD oversized & ID undersized for machining purposes
Max. temperature: 230°F continuous & 330°F intermittent
Cut tolerance ±1/4"
Priced & sold in 26" lengths - 26" standard length
