Free-standing tanks are designed for applications requiring transportable, non-DOT-regulated containment for indoor or outdoor use. Tanks feature molded-in legs for support without a cradle, and molded band locators for secure tie-down. Tanks are manufactured from polyethylene with UV inhibitors and are suitable for liquids with a specific gravity up to 1.7. Translucent tank walls allow for easy level viewing and include molded-in gallon indicators. Steel bands (sold separately) are available, but not required, for these tanks; the bands are recommended for securing the tanks to a trailer during transport. This tank is special-ordered with a 3/4" fitting (the drawing indicates a 1" fitting as standard). Other fitting sizes are available upon request; contact us for a quote.
