Overview

The NS6 Series couplings feature non-spill valves in a compact size at a competitive price. These innovative couplings are lightweight, chemical resistant, easy to use, and have 3/8" flow. The non-spill design virtually eliminates spills, minimizes downtime, and enhances operator safety. The fittings can be special ordered with a blue or red overmold; contact us for a quote.

  • Glass-filled polypropylene main components, valve & thumb latch
  • Dark gray TPV soft touch overmold
  • 316 SS valve spring & external spring; EPDM O-rings & Krytox™ PFPE lubricant (inert)
  • Overmold makes them comfortable & attractive
  • One-hand connection & disconnection thumb latch
  • Spillage: 0.03cc at 0 psi & 0.30cc at 120 psi per disconnect
  • Inclusion: 0.42cc per connect
  • Pressure rating: vacuum to 120 psi, 8.3 bar
  • Temperature range: 32°F to 160°F (0°C to 71°C)
