SMC 815 Series 1/2" Brass Check Valves

The 815 check valve incorporates a piston with an embedded O-ring that seals on the seat. Pressure in the flow direction moves the piston and seal off the seat and exposes the cross holes in the piston. The flow arrow on the body will point from inlet to outlet.

Viton™, Buna-N, or EPDM seals
Beryllium copper retainer
Good for a wide range of air & fluid applications
0.437" diameter through-hole in the ball
Positive seal at low back pressure or slight vacuum
Cracking pressure: 1/3 psi or 1 psi
Maximum pressure: 500 psi
Maximum temperature: 250°F (Buna-N), 300°F (EPDM) & 375°F (Viton™)
