Returning an item with U.S. Plastic is an easy process on merchandise ordered within the past 30 days. To begin the process, please fill out the return form below.
For most items, we do not charge a restocking fee but customers bear the responsibility for return shipping. Unless a mistake was made on our part, the customer will be credited only the cost of the product and not for the initial or return shipping costs. Products being returned must be new condition and not used. Customers will receive their refund on the same payment method that was used to place the order.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, items from the bottle and labware categories are not returnable at this time. If you have questions about this policy please call 419-228-2242.
