e-Liquid Bottles

E-liquid consumption and the market is exploding. U.S. Plastic has recently added a variety of bottles, caps and accessories that fit into this expanding industry to serve you and/or your customers to mix, store and sell your unique flavors.

If you are just starting out, you may wonder what the best size is. You will find that much of the packaging that is being used is between 10ml-30ml. You can find a wide selection of plastic and glass bottles that are perfect for your preference. It is advised to avoid using PVC and polycarbonate bottles since they can leach unwanted chemicals into your product.

One that is good to note is that the nicotine and other e-liquid ingredients are sensitive to light. Therefore, is advised to use amber (or opaque) colored bottles to protect the liquids inside. These colored bottles will help protect your product during the steeping process which is best done in a dark, cool place. Basements tend to be the best environments for storing nicotine liquid.

For long-term storage (a month or longer), it is best to store your e-liquids in air-tight glass bottles. Most e-juices come in plastic bottles, which aren't good for prolonged periods. See some of the options available.
