Typically, this type of connector is not used for soft tubing and we normally direct the customer to the hose barb fittings that are inserted into the soft tubing and clamped. We do have some customers that use the John Guest® Super Speedfit®  for soft tubing but only when the soft tube inserts in the same listing are used.
