The hollow PVC rods state that they have an oversized OD and undersized ID, what is the tolerance?

The hollow PVC rods are commonly used to machine parts. The manufacture makes them so that the outside diameter is larger and the inside diameter is smaller. The end user can then machine them to the precise size that they need. There is not a set tolerance on these type of rods, all we are able to guarantee is the they are over on the outside diameter and under on the inside diameter.

Other items that this would apply to are the Cast Nylon Tubes, UHMW tubes, Acetal bushing stock, and CPVC Hollow rods.
