The hollow PVC rods state that they have an oversized OD and undersized ID, what is the tolerance?

The hollow PVC rods are commonly used to machine parts. The manufacturer makes them so that the outside diameter is larger and the inside diameter is smaller. The end user can machine them to the precise size they need. There is no set tolerance on these types of rods; all we can guarantee is that they are over on the outside diameter and under on the inside diameter.
