Definition of Tubulation: The act of shaping or making a tube or of providing with a tube.

When one of our products says with tubulation it means that it has a barbed fitting welded or attached by some other means to the side near the bottom of the container that you can connect tubing to. For instance many of our carboys and bottles come with tubulation. Products with tubulation will often come with tubing & pinch spigot assembly. This is a piece of gum rubber tubing with a ramp clamp for pinching closed the tubing. This set up is a super easy way to dispense small amounts of fluid from the container and is most commonly used in labs.
