Can a pneumatic press be used to put lids on your buckets?

A pneumatic press can be used to put lids on the premium buckets. It is recommended that they be put on at a pressure of 80 psi. A pneumatic press must be used to put the lids on the UN 5 Gallon Buckets and required pressure is 95 psi to 100 psi for them to meet UN specifications.
