This high-force syringe pump is designed with stainless steel syringes in mind for applications with strong back pressure or higher fluid viscosity, such as emulsification processes. The syringe pumps are fully programmable and capable of automation, operating as an individual unit with an easy-to-use keypad interface or from a computer, with up to 100 pumps that can be networked, controlled, and monitored with one computer. The pumps can infuse and withdraw with a dispensing accuracy of ±1%. A single pumping rate or dispensing volume can be set, with up to 41 pumping phases programmed to change pumping rates, set dispensing volumes, insert pauses, control and respond to external signals, and sound the buzzer. The high-force pump produces about 200 lbs. of linear force at slow speeds and 100 lbs. at top speed; pressure output is relative to the syringe size. The system includes an adjustable force dial to reduce maximum force, built-in adjustable and programmable limit switches for infusion and withdrawal, a clamp lock to hold syringes tightly in the channel, unlimited lifetime technical support, and a two-year warranty. Each pump features a space-saving chassis and operates from the included 24VDC power supply. The SyringeONE High Force pump holds one syringe from 0.5 µL to 140mL (200mL sizes partially filled) with infusion rates from 1.733 µL/hr (1mL syringe) to 340.6mL/min (140mL syringe).
