These syringe pumps are fully programmable and capable of automation, operating as an individual unit with an easy-to-use keypad interface or from a computer, with up to 100 pumps that can be networked, controlled, and monitored with one computer. The pumps can infuse and withdraw with a dispensing accuracy of ±1%, except the microfluidic pumps, which have a dispensing accuracy of ±0.5% and reproducibility of ±0.2%. A single pumping rate or dispensing volume can be set, with up to 41 pumping phases programmed to change pumping rates, set dispensing volumes, insert pauses, control and respond to external signals, and sound the buzzer. The system includes motor stall detection (except 98267), unlimited lifetime technical support, and a two-year warranty. Each pump features a space-saving chassis and operates from the included power supply. The pumps with the basic X firmware upgrade have a linear/gradient program function, a dual pump next-generation continuous pumping mode and constant flow rate gradient pumping mode, and additional programming functions for more complex pumping programs. The dual pump modes require any combination of two pumps with X firmware upgrades and a dual pump communications cable (sold separately). The high-force syringe pump is designed with stainless steel syringes in mind for applications with strong back pressure or higher fluid viscosity, such as emulsification processes. It produces about 200 lbs. of linear force at slow speeds and 100 lbs. at top speed; pressure output is relative to the syringe size. The Continuous Infusion Dual Syringe Pump System allows two pumps to communicate with each other through an included specialized synchronization cable. This creates a flexible system that can be re-configured to operate in continuous flow (push/pull), emulsification, alternating dispensing, or independently at any time; the synchronization cable can also be disconnected to utilize two independent syringe pumps. The dual syringe pump systems include two syringe Pumps, a synchronization cable, and two power supplies. Additional pump accessories, including separate firmware upgrades, syringe heaters, and foot switches, are sold separately.
