PVDF is commonly used in ultra-pure, deionized, distilled, and demineralized water systems, as well as clean chemical processing, pharmaceutical operations, and food processing applications. Kynar® 740 pipe is manufactured from a strong, tough PVDF fluoropolymer that offers outstanding chemical, UV, and radiation resistance. It withstands chlorine and other gases while serving as an effective permeation barrier, making it well-suited for demanding fluid-handling environments. Natural (unpigmented) Kynar® PVDF is preferred in electronics, pharmaceutical, and food or beverage processing environments where purity is critical. Note: Lengths 8' and longer must ship via motor freight. For small parcel shipping, choose from shorter available lengths.
