Vikan®'s Ultra Safe Technology (UST) represents a breakthrough in hygienic cleaning tool design, delivering unmatched safety, durability, and ease of use. Developed specifically for the food and beverage industry, UST tools help reduce contamination risks while supporting compliance with the highest standards in food safety. The patented bristle system significantly minimizes the risk of bristle loss and foreign body contamination, and the unique bristle pattern provides high cleaning efficacy and efficiency. Unlike traditional drilled and stapled designs, each bristle is individually molded and securely anchored, ensuring that even if one bristle is lost, the rest remain firmly in place. The UST tools feature a fully molded construction with smooth surfaces free of crevices, metal staples, and acute internal angles, minimizing harborage points for allergens and microorganisms, and making them exceptionally easy to clean, dry, and visually inspect. Their lightweight, ergonomic design reduces operator fatigue, and their durable construction and top-of-the-line materials optimize the tool's lifespan. These UST deck scrub brushes feature angled Filament Security Units for effective removal of stubborn dirt from both textured and smooth surfaces in high-risk areas. The easy-to-grip and easy-to-clean Ultra Hygienic Handles, made from a single molded piece of food-contact-compliant fiberglass-reinforced polypropylene, lack joints and crevices, reducing contamination risk and simplifying cleaning. The lightweight, yet robust, handles offer excellent ergonomics for all hand sizes and extended use, and the vertical ridges and matte finish enhance grip, even with wet or greasy hands. The handles also include a hanging hole for convenient storage. These tools are color-coded for easy identification, hygienic separation of cleaning tools, prevention of cross-contamination, and alignment with HACCP principles. Note: Brushes and handles are not shipped pre-assembled and require simple assembly.
