The Plasticator is a precision applicator designed for controlled dispensing of solvent cements and adhesives in acrylic fabrication and other plastic bonding applications. Utilizing capillary action, these applicators draw solvent into joints and seams to create clean, professional-looking bonds with minimal waste, drips, or overapplication. Ideal for acrylic, polycarbonate, ABS, laminate, and styrene, these applicators provide the precision needed for fabrication, assembly, repair, displays, signage, and other plastic construction projects. The 27 gauge needles have the smallest opening for very thin adhesives. The 25 gauge and 22 gauge needles are for water-thin adhesives, with the 25 gauge being preferred by fabricators. The 16 gauge needle has a larger opening for thicker adhesives, and the 20 gauge is a flexible, poly needle that will not gum and is excellent for hard-to-reach locations.
