These spinner flasks are designed for growing and maintaining cell lines in suspension culture environments. Manufactured from Type 1A borosilicate glass, each flask provides excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, and durability for demanding laboratory and biotechnology applications. Complete spinner flask assemblies feature precision-engineered mixing components designed to promote uniform agitation, minimize cell shear, and maintain consistent suspension performance. Available configurations include Bell-Flo baffled PTFE paddle systems for improved mixing and reduced particle accumulation, glass ball magnetic impeller assemblies for gentle agitation, and adjustable PTFE impeller systems that allow customizable impeller height for process optimization. Side-arm flask designs support sampling, venting, media transfer, and process monitoring while maintaining sterile conditions. With autoclavable components and FDA-compliant materials throughout, these systems are ideal for suspension cell culture, microcarrier applications, biotechnology research, scale-up studies, and laboratory process development. Compatible accessory assemblies (sold separately), including 2-port, 3-port, and thermowell cap systems, provide expanded process control capabilities for advanced cell culture applications.
