The Airtherm2 Hot Air Welding Gun is a compact, self-contained hot air welder designed for field work, repairs, and light production applications. Featuring an integrated blower, stepless electronic temperature control from ambient to 1100°F (600°C), and a high-volume 300 L/min airflow, it delivers consistent performance without the need for an external air supply. The built-in heating element protection system and automatic low-air safety shutoff help extend tool life and improve reliability. It comes with an adapter nozzle to accommodate any of our stainless-steel tip for welding of rigid thermoplastics. Optionally you can order a round or flat nozzle for welding of industrial fabrics and membranes. Its slim, lightweight design, integrated stand, and operation from a standard 110 VAC outlet make it an excellent choice for plastic fabrication, roofing, geomembranes, automotive repair, ventilation systems, pipeline construction, and tank manufacturing. Replacement of the heating element is made simple by using a plug-in design. A rubber bumper around the fan housing incorporates a built-in stand.
