ABS rod is a low cost plastic rod with outstanding impact resistance and machinability. This rod is typically used in modeling and prototyping, point-of-purchase displays, storage cases and display bases. The rod can be fabricated by thermoforming, vacuum forming, drilling, cutting-to-size, CNC cutting, routing, pressure forming, shearing, sawing, cold stamping, machine housing, guard, cover, ultrasonic welding, thermo-welding and chemical bonding.
